Day 2: Nestucca river valley to Newport

Splendid weather. We lucked out with some fantastic hosts. They all play instruments (cello, guitar, accordion) and one runs a bakery. We made asparagus and manicotti for dinner, then played “guestures” for hours with our hosts.
